lanefurniture.com poor costumer service

We purchased a LANE recliner. After less then a year it broke,and even though it was guaranteed, we had to pay a Service Call Charge !!  Now the bottom part of the recliners upholstery is worn away, and they refuse to do anything about it.THE RECLINER IS LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD !!
BE  VERY  CAREFUL  BEFORE  YOU  PURCHASE  ANYTHING  FROM  LANE  FURNITURE  COMPANY !!
